蒜烤羊排
蒜烤羊排 做法:1)羊排洗净放开水锅中汆烫一下,取出用厨房纸抹干水分。2)倒入一袋烤肉酱,加孜然粉、辣椒粉。3)倒入料酒,放葱段姜块,加几滴高度白酒抓匀腌制一晚上。4)排入烤盘中,190度先烤15分钟。5)剩余的汤汁加一勺蜂蜜,料汁用刷子把羊排两面都刷匀。6)撒上蒜粒,再烘烤15分钟即可。
